La ciudad será escenario de una enorme producción y una gran fiesta con Carmina Burana de Carl Orff: una de las obras mayor dadas a conocer por la cultura popular por el inicio de la obra: O Fortuna. Seguramente, lo habremos escuchado varias veces en alguna serie o película conocida en algún momento de tensión o cargado de emoción.
Para esta ocasión, serán tres orquestas que se unirán al Coro Nacional de Colombia y a diversos coros de la ciudad para que de la mano del maestro Alejandro Posada, nos muestren esta obra que muestra los placeres y vicios del ser humano, la brevedad de la vida, la primavera como símbolo de júbilo y un brindis por el amor sincero.
